Olivia is dead.
Her closest friend, the inquisitive 1st-year Bio student Valery Esperas, found her body lying on the floor, pale, her eyes staring robotically downward to the side, with blood oozing slowly down her cheeks and chin and staining her clothes like paint. Her body was stagnant, and the hint of slight decay emanated from her. She was no more.
Like fire, vengeance burst forth inside Valery, with her oath to hunt down the culprit even if it costs her life, even though she was "just" a student. With the help of her Bio friends and a VAWC policewoman, Valery unearths one by one the pieces of evidence that will lead her to her friend's killer. Everything seems to be straightforward and easy until more bodies were found in the city and in the university. She delves digger and discovers more evidence, now turning her world upside down. In the end, she has to face her worst fear: an enemy she never had expected.
