Water flooded in the room, shattering the glass and wiping everyone away. Screeches reached Percy's ears, but he didn't care -he couldn't. He could hear yells, "He shouldn't have Magic. He shouldn't have Magic!" 
There was another scream, one that ruptured the rest, "He's an obscurial!"
And Percy turned and fled.

Boys with Green Eyes and Black hair around the same age as Harry Potter were being hunted down.
Hundreds of boys were murdered in cold blood as the Death Eaters were sending a message: They Would Not Back Down, Harry Potter Would Be Dead.
When the adults got smarter in Britan they moved to America.
They started in New York.
They found a small child, it was too bad the child got to Britain and the Aurors stopped them from finishing the job
Too bad he had to spend the rest of the time with the Dursleys
Too bad the poor child had to survive the war...
