Being torn away from her friends and school was the last thing Akira Yamada would like to experience. Her father is a dedicated policeman and obsessed with finding out more about an infamous gang called "Akatsuki" but for succeeding in this, he must send someone as an undercover agent. There's a small detail which is bothering him though; the members of the gang are still attending high school. Therefore, the person most fit for the role is none else than his own daughter, Akira Yamada.

There's a small problem with Akira going undercover- her gender. In order to inflitrate Shinobi Academy -an all-boys' school- Akira must conceal her gender and make sure it won't be revealed. Not only that, but she has to keep her own identity a secret while trying to uncover the real identity of the notorious gang leader.
