The RED CIRCLE

Ever since his infuriating expulsion from the KGB, former major general Sergei Remizov has been possessed by an insatiable hunger for power. Though he now controls fifteen percent of Russia’s GDP as president of White Carafe Industries, Sergei stretches the bounds of his influence as D’yavol, veiled commander of the underworld syndicate Krasnyy Krug – The Red Circle.

However, Russia’s Main Intelligence Directorate seeks to expose D’yavol to distract a disapproving populace from Moscow’s incursion in Crimea. Under threat of dissolution, the Directorate infiltrates Sergei’s corporation, blackmails his blood relations, and sabotages Krasnyy Krug’s deepest echelons. Sergei must set the Red Circle in motion to prevent history from repeating itself amidst the resurgence of a Cold War mentality. But fall from power is only one revolution away.
