Finding You Again

Louis Tomlinson wakes up in a hospital and findd out he has lost his memory. But luckly, He starts getting them back by dreams or deja vu. He think he's lost everythig. Which he has. His family, job, memeory, ect.

He starts seeing someone in his dreams and does everthing to that one person back in his life. For that might be his last chance to get his memeory helped with. And he might feel a little connection with him?

How far will he go? What's happend to everyone els he's loved? Will he even find that special someone and give up?
