Pop, the bubble sounds. I start chewing on the sticky gum again as my classmates and teacher glare at me. I roll my eyes and go back to staring blankly at the Geography classroom I'm in. I sigh and adjust my sitting position so I could be more comfortable. I look around at the maps and posters on the walls. The classroom itself is quite large, but it feels so small. I zone out while trying to listen to the outside world. I hear birds faintly chirping the same song over and over, until it isn't a song, but a chant. A chant that I've heard all too well. They always were right when they say animals know when something bad is happening. And this is a chant not to be spoken by those of human descent. Good thing I'm not human. All Rights Reserved
