A story about a young girl named Cass who has to spend a whole day of after school with her friends. Prologue: It was a cold Friday afternoon, Cass was staying after school in her Art Class all by herself. She's been working on an art project for the longest time now, but something's been on her mind. A boy, a boy by the name of Lucas. She had an emotion for him that she had for no one else, she felt as if it wasn't possible. She denied her feelings for him. But she quickly accepted the love she had for him. 17-year old Miranda isn't the popular one, isn't the favorite. She's smart, but for some reason, no one cares. Shy and timid, Miranda has a crush on the coolest guy in school named Luke, who she's known since seventh grade. He's the most popular kid and doesn't even seem to notice her.
