When it comes to the horror genre, there seems to be a slew of clichés that refuse to be buried no matter how many years pass. They rise up like a hoard of dead zombies, ready to feast on the annoyed brains of those experiencing these ravenous tropes. No matter hard the stake is, these clichés will not turn to dust like the typical vampire when aimed at its heart. It needs to be dissected like a frog, so its true functions can be discovered internally. It is then that an antidote can be applied to the cliché contagion, making it fail to do any more harm to our frustration levels.

I thought I was done after writing one editorial covering these blasted horror clichés. However, I came to realize there were way too many clichés to cover solely in one book and a sequel needed to be invented to root out any of the remaining cliché strains out there. So here we go again on this serious yet sometimes silly editorial that slashes your "favorite" horror clichés to pieces.
