That is exactly was 18 years old Charlie is finding out during her first year away at a state college while dealing with the stress of her art classes, her best friend pressuring her, and a long distance relationship. Charlie, or Chey for short, finds her love for the '70s and '80s music, and comes to the realization of how important the band Queen is to her, and accepting herself for who she is.
