This is the one where lords and ladies battle with politics (!loads of treason and deaths ahead). This is the world where your eye colour gives you special powers as well as privileges in society. Where a little girl will fight against all odds, and discover herself abilities she wasn't aware of. This is the one when the Ancient Folk, disgraced then forgotten by humans, shall rise once more and control the lands that were rightfully theirs. And maybe this will be the final stand of human beings; maybe not; maybe they will be replaced by creatures far better, far wiser than them. Only the golden-eyed one, chosen by the gods, queen of all territories that have yet been discovered, can make that decision; and some might try anything to stop her.

I would also like to remind that this is a draft and by no means the final product. I will try my best to publish every week at least and apologize if the chapters are late. I want to point out that I was heavily inspired by the Game Of Thrones series (so if you were wondering why characters looked a bit similar as well as some of the plot); but don't worry, this will not be a complete and mediocre copy of the books (at least I hope so...) and it is not fanfiction too.
Lastly, I'd add that mistakes (grammar and spelling mistakes but also plot-holes and weak narration) may be present in this story, so I apologize in advance. Being a Wattpad reader at first I really understand how frustrating that can be. I can use plenty of negative and/or positive critics as long as it is respectful of myself and my work. It was her, the evil woman from my nightmares! With her walking towards us I could feel how evil she was. That's weird, I can feel her evil, how? When Lachlan called her his beloved my heart shattered. Lachlan and the woman who is Gilda his beloved, locked eyes. A heavy weight seemed like it was crushing me. I was suffocating. I had to get out of there and away from her, from them. Lachlan is a 962 year old vampire that is tired of being alone in a world full of humans. Going to extremes to not be alone. After another failed attempt has him running in frustration where he stumbles on a scent he has to find. He's wishing for death, and having no regard for life when he smells the most wonderful smell. He follows the smell and He finds a 5 year old little girl and he's hungry! And then his heartbeats 💗 for the first time in hundreds of years, since he was turned, why??? Why did the Vampires heartbeat 💓? He's determined to find out. Ava is a 5 year old little girl living with her grandmother in a small Missouri town. On her way to the pool for her swimming lessons she notices a stranger. Ava being the sweet little girl that she is offers the stranger help. Give it a chance please!!! There are different time periods through out the story and I tried to choose music for those time periods that reflect upon the chapter. Zykard would be the start of a second life for humans But within that time of rebirth some of the survivors surged with horrors of Pre-Reearth. Heresy, treachery, riots, thefts, murders and revolutions. A need to for order was introduced, and brought about the leader of Zykard and seven factions of ten people. A thousand years later theres a change. An outsider appears and seemingly becomes the new leader of Zykard, bringing more hardships with their hopes. Crimson, a seventeen year old girl faces the verge of adulthood. The final trials being the only gap between her new reality. A new injection to be given to everyone after the trials.
