When Chloe makes fun of Marinette in class (as usual), Alya and Adrien stand up to defend their friend. After class, a boy who's been crushing on her tries to give Chloe a bouquet of flowers. Frustrated, embarrassed, and envious, Chloe rejects him.

Hawkmoth seizes his chance and akumatizes the boy, making him his latest supervillain: a boy who can control flowers to torture those who did him wrong in exchange for getting Ladybug and Cat Noir's Miraculouses. He goes around Paris, taking control of the flowers, uprooting the ground, crumbling buildings, and blocking off the city of Paris from the outside world.

When Ladybug and Cat Noir fall too sick to defend Paris, and the new superheroes aren't experienced enough to handle it alone, who will save Paris from this disaster before it crumbles into an overgrown ghost-city?
