There have been a recent string of unsolved murders in the city of San Francisco, with no suspects and no clues. All the victims have been young women with certain organs missing. All leads and trails turn up cold. Twenty eight year old psychic detective Talia Mapp has been stumped as to who is doing these murders and why, as her psychic ability is of no help. As fate would have it, one night while trying to unwind, she bounces into a handsome stranger whom she automically hates.
It's here on this fateful night, that pieces of the case comes together and Talia gets a glimpse into a whole different world than she is accustomed to. Who is this handsome stranger? Why is he here? Most importantly, what does he want with her? Will she succumb to the forces of the night or will she fight till the death?

Angela Bales is finally moving on with her life. She is finally over her ex-boyfriend, and she's even started making the right decisions, and even her future seems somehow bright. But her journey from the dark place is far from over.
