(This is a fanfiction based on the book series "The Mortal Instruments" by Cassandra Clare. The characters are hers, and not mine. This book follows on from the City of Lost Souls and therefore contains huge spoilers for the series. Proceed with caution if you haven't finished the series so far. It doesn't have any spoilers for City of Heavenly Fire or any of the Shadowhunter Academy series, so you're safe there if you've not quite caught up yet.) As the countdown to Christmas begins, Magnus and Alec begin preparing for the festive season. Being a Shadowhunter and a High Warlock has its advantages, but with the busyness their roles bring, December provides a welcome break.
