A sickness had devoured the lives and confidence of people. Now it has reached Thomas's mind, and he must fight it differently with his sides. Levels will be completed and battles will be fought in order to unlock the pieces needed to reach the Sanity Plague itself. sacrifice will be made in the end, and only one last side will be standing to fight the sickness and cure Thomas.
