Izuku Midoriya, now a college student is suffering from very low self esteem and confidence. Over the summer break he dove into his hero work, not talking to anyone but his instructors. His high school life wasn't very glam, due to Bakugo Katsuki's unexplainable hate towards Izuku, Bakugo's torment took place although out high school the only thing that changed what Izukus attitude. He learned the only thing he has is his strength and so that's what he's grown to rely on. Grateful for his friends who helped him grow a back bone- he was able to stand up to Katsuki a bit through school, but to no avail did the bullying stop. Eventually it just dwindled down to a tolerable hurtful tease, and the physical fighting was saved for the arena. Izuku never asked why, or why it got worse the more they were around each other.
