After testing and achieving for class1-A's hero ID's, midoriya is concerned for Todoroki' failure on passing aswell as for Kachann. He wanted to understand the frustration he had over the man with the wind quirk and have a strong realationship. Its been a while now he hasn't had a conversation with him, even after the fight with Kachann and interducing the Big three, but finally has a chance to see his feelings and keeps insure. Throughout some time, the class has a mini party at the dorms, and askes him to hangout with him until... something weird happens that night. Todoroki feels always safe with Midoriya, and then he has.. some feelings?

~Todoroki X OC~ Todoroki doesn't have friends. His father makes sure he has no time for them, and he doesn't need anybody. But when a two-toned girl with a sunny disposition, impressive control over her quirk and a smile that makes him feel funny shows up on the first day of school, his plans to not make any friends go down the drain. With the help of a few friends he didn't intend to make, he tries to find a way to tell her how he feels. ~~~ Rin Kakeo has never ben to school (unless you count the year when she almost killed her whole {kindergarten} class, which she doesn't). She's been fine with online schooling and every day quirk training. When UA requests for her to enter it's hero course, she disregards the letter. But ever since her older sister and only friend Aiko left to America for college tow years ago, she's been extreemly lonely. With high hopes, Rin enter the hero course. Making friends isn't hard; she's best friends with Uraraka, and friends with almost the whole class in no time. But one boy is different; the two-toned boy named Todoroki. Determinde to make him her friend, and to help him smile, Rin isn't prepared for what comes next.

It was like the words just gushed out to the point where Todoroki wasn't even listening, just sitting with his head resting on his fist. Todoroki has a lingering aversion to his fire side after the sports festival, but his continued over-reliance on ice is starting to become a serious problem for his health. Fortunately, he has a classmate with a penchant for avid note-taking, personal experience training through a quirk that causes him bodily damage, and a big heart. With the help of this unexpected ally, Todoroki may be able to work through his reluctance to embrace his full power, and perhaps even make a new friend in the process. I'm also serializing this on my ff.net but I decided to post the whole thing here since the rest of my BNHA stuff is here. And I'm impatient and honestly I really love this story. It's probably one of my favorite fanfics I've written. There's a handful of Japanese sprinkled into the dialogue, and I think most of it should be clear from context, but if you aren't sure what something means, just ask! :)
