After testing and achieving for class1-A's hero ID's, midoriya is concerned for Todoroki' failure on passing aswell as for Kachann. He wanted to understand the frustration he had over the man with the wind quirk and have a strong realationship. Its been a while now he hasn't had a conversation with him, even after the fight with Kachann and interducing the Big three, but finally has a chance to see his feelings and keeps insure. Throughout some time, the class has a mini party at the dorms, and askes him to hangout with him until... something weird happens that night. Todoroki feels always safe with Midoriya, and then he has.. some feelings?
and after that night with the small incident. starts to think more of what if... what if he wanted more...more then friends?
