"Do you think the universe is fighting for us to be together?" she asked him.

     "I don't know. Maybe. I hope so," he answered after a moment of thinking. "The universe owes us that much, don't you think so?" he asked her.

     She looked up at him and gave her a smile. A smile he knew was full of hope.

     "Even if it isn't, I'll fight for us. I swear to you, I'll fight for us, even if it's agains't the universe," he swore to her, determination in his voice.

     He tightened her arms around her. She grabbed his arms that was hugging her, linking their hands tightly. Together, they watched the sun rise.
