It's hard to see what's best for yourself when you're invested in a relationship. It's not always easy to remember who you are and what you want. You can start to lose yourself and forget to make yourself and your happiness a priority. I have decided to write this book to share my thoughts and try to bring awareness to fellow young people who suffer from toxic relationships (specifically romantic relationships). Believe it or not toxic relationships has been one of the most underrated factors which lead to health problems such as stress, depression and other similar mental problems, low self esteem, lack of confidence, trust issues, anxiety, abuse, these are some other impacts of toxic relationship. In writing this book I have tried include other people's thoughts and works just to build a critical platform.
