"How come I'm supposed to be the most powerful person in the world? They should've picked someone better. At least someone who's emotionally stable."
She gestured for me to sit down. I plopped down next to her, sighing.
She chuckles. "I think that's exactly why you were chosen."
I throw my hands in the air. "Well, that isn't cryptic at all!" She stifles the laugh with a cough. "Note the sarcasm!"
She sighs, placing her hand on top of mine. "The world has never been in more capable hands."

Leo is in way over her head. With her best friend, a dragon, and the help of unlikely high school friends, they plan on taking down an old evil from Acidosis's past life: Zaff. Between trying to have a first kiss and controlling her powers, Leo has no clue what she's doing. All she hopes is that after homework and training, she doesn't kill herself.
