This story does include some nightmares and panic attacks, but the story does not revolve around them. It is about Peter and his relationship with the Avengers

Twelve years passed and the family was still grieving, and Tony Stark worked tirelessly to find his only child's killer and gain justice for his son. Meanwhile Peter Parker was having the worst day ever. He just wanted to help people but instead he gets stabbed. That's just his luck.
