Pak Bahana adalah Kepala Sekolah SD Berdikari. Sudah  dua periode ia ditunjuk oleh Yayasan Harapan Bangsa untuk memimpin sekolah. Berkat kejujuran dan ketekunannya, ia masih tetap dipertahankan sebagai Kepala Sekolah.

Pa Ramon pensiunan TNI, sifatnya temperamen  dan sangat memperhatikan prestasi akademik anaknya. Ia ingin anaknya masuk sekolah RSBI (Rintisan Sekolah Berstandar Nasional), namun sayangnya rata-rata rapor kelas tidak memenuhi persyaratan. Masa belum ikut tes anaknya sudah gugur.
