“How selfish could I have been” I leaned up against a wall and fell to the floor. Staring up into the sky I closed my eyes and let the rain drops fall onto my face. I started think about home again, I heard a faint gurgling laugh of that retched man. I thumped the wall hard with my fist “what’s the point, anymore? All you do is haunt me” I got up and began to walk further into the depths of the streets. Behind me there were fast paced steps, they were getting closer and closer. Probably someone trying to get out of the rain to a nice warm home. I grumbled to myself. Suddenly someone grabbed hold of my body from behind and rested their head on my shoulder. I let out a squeal to realise it was Chris I slumped to the floor with him, slowly I turned round to face him.
