Breathe To live, exist, express, manifest, infuse, transform, inject, Recover.... Recover...4 years ago I couldn't imagine recovering from the hell Jamal Myles put me through. I couldn't see having this beautiful house, millions of dollars, seeing my family again, or having my beautiful little girl. To say the last 4 years have been a walk in the park would be a lie, from postpartum depression to serve anxiety I've dealt with it all. Yeah I dealt with it in the way I always do and that's to pull back from everyone.
