Operation: Mind Wulf is set in World War Two during the time of The Battle of Britain, when England received nightly bombardments from the German Luftwaffe. One aspect of the war that kept the battles and engagements proceeding were the network of spies that the Allies and Axis powers had in circulation. Badly needed information to determine war maneuvers could only be passed one way: radio transmissions. The problem was that the spies couldn't stay on the radios very long without getting caught. If there was another way to transmit information, it would keep the spy hidden and the intelligence pouring in.

Operation: Mind Wulf mixes the facts of the war with the paranormal as the Axis has planted a telepath in Britain long before the war begins to keep tabs on air power and reactions in London to the night bombing. With the Nazis dabbling in mysticism and other forms of power, MI5 has set up "branch [z]" to deal with possible paranormal problems brought on by the Germans.

Ewan Michaels, along with his secretary, Lola Bruce, have been holed up for two years as they wait for an assignment for "branch [z]." When a body is found in Dover with its head nearly twisted off and residual telepathic vibes in the air, Michaels is on the case. With delicate information reaching the enemy and the Germans planning invasion, Michaels is running out of time to find the telepath and his telekinetic henchman who has as a passion for creative ways in killing people.

(Book Two of Experiment Number 7218. Do not read this summary or book if you have not read Book One) I listen closely through the static on the radio, trying to hear the emergency broadcasting message. An electronic voice repeated over and over, "This message is transmitted to you through the North Carolina Police Department. It is advised to stay indoors and to remain inside if at all possible. Have enough food for one to two weeks. Do not come in contact with anyone outside of your household. This message is transmitted to you through the North Carolina Police Department." I scoff to myself. I know this will not be over in a mere two weeks. - - - - - Terminar; The Latin word for Terminate. Definition: To bring to an end. Brittany Slater was free. She had finally escaped the island that she now calls Hell. But there were so many loose ends. Why had her father destroyed all of his research? His factory? His life's work? Why had he given her a chance to live? Well, she got her answer. Upon arriving to North Carolina, she was thrown right back into Hell on Earth. Grounders, Savages, what were once innocent people, they now all roam free. Her father told her the Experiment was over, and he was right. It was time for the Project to begin. To take effect. She said and her face turned ecstatic and I blinked and shook my head. "No, please, I need you to tell my mother that I didn't mean to do do this to myself." I took a hard gulp and met the young girls eye. "Please. It is killing her." She begged and tried to grab my hand but it went through me. "Fine, which one is she?" I asked looking around the restaurant. "The one at the front desk... her name is Maria." She said following me as I walked back towards the front. "A? Where are you going?" Ivory asked and I just held up my hand. "Hi, are you Maria?" I asked and saw the girl nod. "Yes, how can I help you?" She asked with what I can tell was a fake smile. "I know this is going to sound crazy... but your daughter is here." "Mina." The dead girl piped in and I looked over at her. "My daughter is at school." She said and looked around where I had glanced. "Mina is here... I can speak to the dead, she wants me to tell you something."
