eyes shut, a world of color.
eyes open, a world of clutter.
eyes shut, words form in her head.
eyes open, words get jumbled in her head.
eyes shut, the world slows and she reaches out to the words and her heart.
eyes open, the world speeds up and she is left with the ruins of her world and is left with her head.
eyes for the color.
eyes for the clutter.
eyes attached to a girl who shudders.
this is a world that's soaked in color,
but only for those with iris eyes.
