Harry Potter AU; starting in Goblet of Fire

It's the summer before Harry's fourth year in Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and he is preparing for his trip to the Quidditch World Cup. He's recently learned that:

1) He has a godfather who was wrongly convicted of a crime he never committed.

2) The man who was friends with his parents and was truly responsible for betraying them to Voldemort,  was still alive and escaped.

3) He's met a man who was both his professor and a close friend with his father and mother, in spite of his "Furry Condition".

4) Acquired a special map that his father, and his three friends, one of which eventually betrays him, along with his mother and framed his godfather, that shows everyone in Hogwarts castle.

But now, as he prepares to go with the Weasley's to the QWC, he learns from Dumbledore, that not only does he also have a godmother, but his parents also placed him in a betrothal marriage contract with a girl. Can Harry learn to accept the contract, and eventually come to love the girl? And can the two learn to overcome their differences, and accept that they must marry at their fifteenth birthdays? And if they do, can they face the hardships that will face them, when it comes to Harry Potter?

So while it got closer to the last task Harry was real close friends with Barty and they had already brought Voldemort back to his former glory of Tom Riddle. Tom and Barty had found out that Harry was Tom's accidental Horcrux they couldn't really fix it without killing Harry and as it was they both thought of him as their family. So when that last task arrived Harry didn't take the cup but Cedric did and he had won while Harry and Barty had 'mysteriously' disappeared. They both arrived with there things in front of Gringott's with Tom already waiting on them and this is where the story begins.

The insufferable Draco Malfoy, the always stuck-up Pansy Parkinson, and several of their cronies also take it upon themselves to give Violet (and Harry) even more grief. The new DADA teacher, while at least not one harboring any dark wizards on the back of his head, is unfortunately as incompetent and narcissistic as a Gilderoy might come, and very likely a complete phony. And what exactly is the deal with the Malfoy family's house-elf anyway? Or the elf that the Maynard family used to own? Violet soon has bigger problems to worry about when the legendary Chamber of Secrets is reopened, as muggle-borns all over the school are turning up petrified. And, worst of all, almost everyone seems to think that Harry and Violet have something to do with these attacks.
