Every child born is put through the Posterus Procedure where the government is able to look into the child's future to determine how they will turn out. For a fortune, parents are presented the opportunity to change their child's future for the better. Children with a future that opposes a threat is thrown into the amissed, where the government uses them for their own benefits.
