Our story takes place in small SilverHill, Idaho, a town closed off from the rest of the world due to its size. A quiet and forgotten little town. Here, everyone knows everybody. If you don't, you treat them as a friend.  
However, what you may not know is the rule of tattoos. It is said that once you turn a certain age where you know and understand the concept of what a soulmate truly is, the first words they will ever speak to you become tattooed onto your skin. Once you have met them, the words disappear. 
Two lovers find there way to one another by mistake, but quickly find the truth about the others words. However, the tattoo system makes an unexpecting change that may lead to a life neither of them wished for.
