Once upon a time, in a mental asylum in Pennsylvania, there recently escaped a sociopathic murderess whose best friend was the Headless Horseman. Soruluna Michelins also manages to help her sister escape, their very estranged cousin unknowingly tagging along. Leaving a trail of bodies in their wake, the trio make their way to their childhood home where they're pitted against themselves and each other. To only further complicate things, Soruluna begins to experience multiple versions of herself as well as slowly becoming unhealthily drawn to her now deceased brother's best friend- the man whose very mother is responsible for Soruluna's unpleasant stay at the Sunny Home for Eccentrics. Should she tempt fate, or just drive her blade through his heart?
