Katsuki had been giving Izuku money and gifts since part way through Middle School in exchange for the green-haired boy to stay away from Katsuki, but eventually, it slowly changed to be deals that if Katsuki gives Izuku money, he had to do XYZ. Their latest battle took a turn for both Katsuki and Izuku after defeating the villain "Nine" to the point where they were asked in babysitting Katsuma and Mahoro instead of helping their classmates with fixing the island.
