Law is a place for those who no longer fit in society, a place where you would find the worst of the worst, and if not for being under 20 they would've been shipped far away, but Law was not a walk in the park , Law gives you a second chance at life you either seize the opprotunity or be shipped to the closest prison the day that follows your 20th birthday. A lot of people made it out of there, a lot of people didn't and were sent to prison but there are those who never made it past the gates.
Only the smartest would survive .
