Celegel arrived at Rivendell with no memory of how she got there.  All she can remember was her name.  All they can tell is that she is an elf and extremely skilled in combat.  Lord Elrond soon adopted her, and after a few years, Celegel thought her life would be normal.  Simple.  She was wrong.  A few later, after a secret council, Celegel meets certain beings from Middle Earth, and memories start coming back.  Memories she doesn't remember.  Flashbacks. Voices in her head. Visions of the near future. Visions of the past.
