When a man is found dead on the streets everyone assumes it's one killer, but when Jonathan finds evidence that there is more than one killer, he is forced to go against orders and investigate on his own. But with the killings seemingly random, will he be able to catch them or will he become another victum?

A prequel to the screenplay, "The Blue Herring", written by myself in 2018. However, this short story can also stand on its own.
