The Pale Rebels

Vampires, also known as the "Rebels", have become a race alongside humans. They exist and live with them in everyday life, but an evil villain is coming, so the rebel Xander and his human friends, Evangeline and Natsuki, have to help him fight off the man that created vampires, Dr. V, and help save the humans from the next stage of vampire evolution.
