Lets pretend the events of catching fire and mocking jay never happened. Katniss and Peeta got reaped for the 75th hunger games and both died, leaving cashmere as the winner. Presidents snow's great great grand son is the current president, Bennett Snow is ready for the 250th games, the 10th quarter quell. It has been decided that each district has to reap 24 tributes, 12 males and 12 females, which participate in a game until two tributes are left. The two tributes are then put in the final games, where only one person lives. So in total, there will be 13 games, 12 district games, and the final games, leaving 1 winner and 187 dead teens.
