Everyone knows the myth of King Midas- the man being able to turn whatever he touches into gold. What if there was a person who's quirk was very similar to that said myth?

What if this person had run away from home because all the people she knew just wanted to befriend her for her quirk?

What if this person started to get chased down by villians who knew that any human that was turned completely into gold would die?

What if this person was forced to fight on the villain's side in the infamous USJ break in?

What if this person was named Kula Saito, a teenager who just wanted to peacefully create inventions that might help the hero society but ended up being dragged into something that she wanted no part of?

A MHA x Reader Insert story. You were born with a very unique quirk. A quirk with a lot of mystery. What it lacked in power, it more than made up for in resourcefulness. As a child, this quirk helped you make friends and kept you the center of attention. Unfortunately, people never saw what it was really capable of. So, after reaching junior high, it was viewed as useless. You were told repeatedly that you could never be a Hero. But you're not a quitter. You will prove them wrong. NOTE: This fanfic is mostly written from a first person perspective of the Reader Character. This is for the sake of immersion. You may or may not enjoy that perspective. Thanks. I do not own My Hero Academia, it's characters, or any of the images in the chapters. 8/27/23 #2 in mha #2 in malereader 4/22/24 #4 in mhaxreader 4/23/24 #1 in class1a 5/13/24 #1 in boku 6/29/24 #2 in quirk 9/9/24 #1 in malereader 11/17/24 #10 in insert
