Silent Actions (Kellic)

Vic is in college with a History scholarship, not particularly happy with his choice of studies, but hey - he'll live. His college life is relatively normal and content until one day, while in the local library, he meets an Art Major with dark hair, bright eyes, and possibly the most perfect smile he's ever seen in his life. Except, when Vic tries talking to him, it seems like he can't hear a word he says.
Actually, it seems like he can't hear anything at all.
