Everybody has problems. I get told that all the time. I bet I have more problems than you or anyone in your school. Here's a couple. I'm fat. I'm not popular. I'm also pretty much too smart. It's not fun at all. And worst of all, the least popular guy in school is gay and he always hangs out with me, even though I can't stand him. The year's already half over and I just need to survive the rest. Who knows. Maybe something magical will happen. But so many terrible things keep happening to my life. Any reference to any person, living or dead, is completely coincidental. Based on some real events.

A high school is a place full of drama. In high school most of the time you are either popular, middle, the unknown, or a loser. At least that is what is said around high school. The popular people rule the school and everyone loves them but most of the drama is around them. The middle people is the group that is known but most people don't give a crap about. The unknown people are really just the people that you don't even know you go to school with. The loser people are the people that aren't that popular and is made fun of by almost everyone. I fit into the category of being in the middle at least since junior year. That all ends up to change once I get in trouble for punching a girl in the face for making fun of my best friend so I got assigned to help the Empire of Karma group. They are mainly the school's popular boys acting like a boy band I guess you can say. But once they got tangled into my life all kinds of drama was centered around me. My life is pretty normal. I have a hot girlfriend, nice friends and everything around me is just chill. But then this guy comes along. I don't know how the fuck he got in, but somehow he gets me to let him stay the night. He's weird, pervy and always comes on to me and says he'd love to fuck me and shit. But there is something about his behaviour i like. He is funny. And somehow i let him stay with me for a few nights. Which turn into weeks. He opened up about him from time to time and i notice, he does not have it easy. And something inside of me is changing as well. He makes me feel...weird. But not in a bad way. And i don't know why, but somehow my super hot girlfriend starts to piss me off. But sometimes things get awkward when he kisses my neck to tease me... but i know he's just joking. He says, patting my arm as he stuffed another cracker in his mouth. "It takes some real balls to come out to someone." He says, his beautiful green eyes blazing into mine. I felt myself become flustered at his gaze. "Uh, Yeah, Thanks." I stumbled out, "You're not mad?" I ask. His expression turns to hurt as he crinkles his eyebrows. "Why the hell would I be mad?" He asks, hesitating on the crackers and pushing them away. "I just thought-it's just- well... you just always seem so pissed when someone mentions the word gay." I spit out words, scared for his reaction. He sighs, "That doesn't fucking mean I hate gays. Normally when I do that it's because someone's using the word 'gay' to hate on them, it just pisses me off, you know?" He asks, bringing the crackers back into his lap and biting into them. "Plus-" He adds on, "You're my best friend, if anything, you being gay is a blessing. I'll always support you." He says, glancing at me through the side of his eyes. I look away, towards the door to hide the crimson blush that I feel spread over my face. "Thanks." I all but squeak out. His family is broken, his mental health is slowly declining, and he's faced questioning his sexuality. Often left to sit in his bed on his phone most of the day, his reasons to live were slowly declining. Tom thought it was better this way. It was better to not disturb anyone, to wear the same clothes over and over, and to stay boring. All, of course, until Tom met him. Updates every Friday.
