Things are not going according to Caitlyn's plan. She wants to spend her final year in high school out of the spotlight but ends up creating the biggest scandal of the year. Her crime: kissing the most popular guy in school, Edward Nicholson.
It is only a dare, but nobody knows. It is supposed to be known only between the two of them, but nobody cares. It is a mistake she should not have made, but it is too late. The truth gets twisted, and Caitlyn's dreams of a smooth-sailing year shatter.
With Edward's jealous ex-girlfriend hounding Caitlyn, they need to solve the problem they have accidentally started. With his sudden interest in her, she tells herself to stay away from the bad boy who can break her heart.
But as we all know, nothing ever goes according to her plan.
