Kemma, who's name means "Stronger Than You", has been a slave to the Los Illuminados religious cult for as long as she could remember. Forced to always wear chains and and a shock collar to keep her from speaking, she has long since given up on getting out. However, that all changes when an American Agent shows up, intent on rescuing the President's daughter, Ashley. When Leon Kennedy rescues her from the village chief, Bitores Mendez, she promises to keep him safe from the cult as best as she is able, and to help him save Ashley, and get them home.
