They say that when a child is born around death, they become death. It has turned into a myth in the east of Taur-e-Ndaedelos or Greenwood the Great, but when a poor elfling is born under those signs, they will have to learn the hard truth of what it is like to live with death.

King Thranduil is just trying to keep his kingdom running and his son safe when an elf is found with orcs at the border of Greenwood. Who could this mysterious elf truly be? But then the elf he rescued in the forest grows closer to Legolas, and Thranduil can not help but enjoy her company as well. Darkness descends over the forest, all because of this one elf. When lives are threatened, Thranduil must make a choice: his kingdom or his heart. 12/14/21- y'all I wrote this in high school and I kinda want to go through it again and do a bunch of editing.
