Lana Grant - a sensational  song-bird from the thriving city of Saint Denis.  Other than the spotlight on stage, her otherwise notable place is on the arm of the notorious James Harper, the leader of Saint Denis' most feared gang, The Cobalt Jackals.

As tension rises between The Cobalt Jackals and a rival group, the Van Der Linde Gang - the singer finds herself kidnapped and tangled in a web of  violence, money and revenge; and miles away from her rightful place on the stage.

A sweet songstress, her only wish is to be free of the ransoms, the hushed harassments and feeling like Harper's puppet, tired of the ever present threat to her existence. Is there any way to escape this life unharmed?
