Better together than alone

This is an old story I'd never posted on any social media.
Brendan McAfee is a Sophmore in high school, he has wonderful parents, loves to cook ,and a few friends.
Pretty good life to the untrained eyes. Brendan has epilepsy and anxiety. His mother is on the other side of the country on an army base, and he's being harassed by the students at his school.
Having some friends keep him sane. Who knew a little trip to the grocery store would give him a new friend?!
