Kaneki entered the small anteiku cafe shop and he carried two bags in his right hand, he sat the bags up onto the counter in front of Touka and Touka took them and she headed to the door and upstairs, Nishiki Rubbed his chin slightly and he sort of smiled leaning up onto the counter resting on his elbows, "What's up with the bags?"
Kaneki looked back "Hm?... OH! i got them for Hinami! they're books." Kaneki slightly chuckled and smiled as his head tilted to the left, and Nishiki stopped smiling "Oh? and you lost my attention." he pushed his self up and he looked less interested ......

A young girl named (y/n) lived in a world belonging to two. Ghouls and humans. Though she was taught to fear and hate ghouls, she just couldn't. Something inside of her told her that not all were bad, and she believed that. Going to a bookstore, she met someone. He had an eye-patch and black hair. His right eye was grey. They talk for a while, then parted ways. Both the boy and the girl felt something. It was something that (y/n) never felt before. Her face would heat up at the thought of him. Picturing him would send butterflies to her stomach. And remembering their conversation made her heart melt. She had fallen in love. They meet once again in a cafe called Anteiku. That's when they started to date from there. Though, once they start dating, very interesting things happen. She meets and learns new things about people and is shocked to hear about Kaneki's secret about him being half ghoul. But that doesn't stop her from dating him. They both love each other very much and always cuddled with every chance they gotten. Something happens and (y/n) is clueless. She has no idea where Kaneki was for ten days and it gotten her worried. The two just looked at the horizon with no one interrupting the silence. And I got used to this silence. And I began liking the serenity that she provided. Touka turned to look at the lady who was taller than her. She grabbed on her sleeve and lowered her head. But I'm still afraid that when I stripped off her cover, I'd unravel something I'm not prepared to see. I wonder that beneath her covering would be a mirror that would show how much of a monster I have become. "Yoriko told me that you've been down lately", Rikina opened. "We were desperately asking him to stay but he decided to disappear after all", Touka suddenly said what was in her chest all this time. "I knew it. You were having a lover's quarrel. I believe his name was Kaneki-san?", the white-haired lady recalled. For someone like Touka who knows there are things they might not keep for a long time, she should long be used to losing those she held dearly. The news displayed disturbing scenes without warning. People outside the cafe were running as y/n started to panic and ran too, soon enough to be losing a chunk of her cheek and arm.
