One born half-angel and half-demon would be even more of a tragedy, an abomination it would be called. A curse it would be seen as. But what may you call a human child born with both angel and demon blood coursing through her veins?
Lydia Von'celstine was born with the weight of three worlds on her shoulders. Her lineage started from the forbidden love of an angel and demon. That child born of their love grew and loved a human. That is how the phenomenon of the Von'celstines occurred. She is not only of the three bloodlines, she has royal blood coursing through her veins of all three kingdoms. The Tribrid queen is the direct descendant from the Queen of Angels, King of Demons, and the first King of the human race.
Upon turning eighteen, she has taken upon the crown but is forced to rule in the shadows as she uncovers she has been lied to all her short life. Her choices will decide the faith of the entire world. The demon race wages war against the humans and the angels refuse to interfere. She has to protect her human kingdom but can she kill the man she loves for their sake? Her birth is revered and also dreaded. She is viewed as a bridge to peace or a possible anchor for destruction. What will she be?

"Shift." His voice hit me like a serrated blade as he stepped out of the crude semicircle of hardened wolves that had formed around me.
