Shortly after she was built, her father Dr. Masara left Galactica, an aircraft and robot manufacturing company, on short notice. With no one to guide Kohane around in life, she constantly feels uneasy and always compares herself to her robot sisters. Why do they have a purpose whereas I do not? Why are my eyes blue while the others' are red? During her father's leave, she spends her days without a purpose, until she meets Itsuki Hoshizaki, a lively and fun 17-year-old who dreams of becoming a professional Cyberarmor fighter.
