Fourteen years ago, a three-year-old girl was left at an orphanage door with no explanations and nothing but an ID.
Nina Decker was raised from one foster home to another. She has never stayed in the same place for more than six months. And she is grateful for that. At the age of seventeen, Nina no longer expects to ever have a place she can call home.
