On the day she was born, her parents treated her nothing but like a doll. Controlling her every movement, making sure that she's fit to inherit their family's businesses and of course become the ultimate symbol of all yakuza members, secret agency members and organization members of her family.

Because of this, she doesn't have any freedom to let out her emotions and opinions to the moments of her life. She's an only child, so she has to satisfy any expectations and needs coming from her parents and all the people that's watching her every step once she was born into this world. Each day is a traumatic experience for her so in her current state it's acting like numerous injections for her to suppress any human emotions because of this.
