fleeing earth was never something our ancestors thought about.
to run away from your planet not knowing where you are going to settle was not ideal for anyone but they had to or so they said.
they say earth is inhabitable that's why we can not go back but then why do they send 10 of our teens every 3 months down there? 
a question I always thought about up until the moment I was selected to go down too.

2544 A.C., it was an unforgettable year for me,  I finally found out what earth looks like now and why our ancestors fled when they did and they had every right to do so. but then why did our council members send 10 teenagers to their death when we were light years away from it.
