Haven Lancaster works at the police station during the summer. Usually it's the same every year, she cleans. Haven never really thought of it as a boring job, but it wasn't exciting either. When Haven and her best friend go to a party one Friday night, the spot a mysterious new guy.
Haven assumes he goes to the snotty private school in the next town over, that is, until she finds him in the towns jail cell. Haven finds him in there on nermourous occastions.
There's just something about him that intrigues her. Is it his bad boy reputation? Is it the rebellion that encases him?
Not much interfers with Haven and the boy getting to know each other, except for Haven's past. Will Haven open up to Brayden or will she close herself off again?
